Going to London with My Dad Was So Cool

If you are like me, then you are extremely happy that Spring has arrived for us all to enjoy. Because it is always a cold and unpleasant time of the year, winter is not a season that I enjoy experiencing. While my dislike of winter is quite obvious, since it’s now over, it isn’t something we need to keep talking about. Instead of spending time talking about a season I don’t even like, let’s talk about how I am kicking off Spring.

Towards the start of this month, my Dad was talking to me and asked if I thought it would be fun to go with him to London. Because the plans for the trip had already been made for the most part, my main responsibility was to accept the invitation. As you probably guessed, I said yes to this offer and was really excited for my trip to begin. travelling can be a real pain sometimes, but fortunately this experience didn’t present any problems.

Upon our arrival, the first thing we did was to get our Gatwick airport car hire. Since we had booked our Gatwick airport car hire ahead of time, getting it only took a few minutes. Once we picked that up, we got to officially kick off our trip. We packed so much into our five days in London, and I made so many memories that will be with me for a long time to come.

Getting the chance to take off at the start of Spring really set things off well for me, and I just feel like I am on a natural high right now!

Spend as Little Time at Gatwick Airport as Possible

I don’t think I’m alone when I say that I really don’t enjoy spending time in airports. Even if an airport is kept in good shape and run efficiently, I still don’t have any desire to stay there for longer than is necessary. Even if I put my own opinion to the side, I honestly can’t come up with any good reasons why someone would want to spend an extended period of time in an airport.

Because of this, I always try to take all the necessary steps to spend as little time in airports as possible. Although there are obviously factors outside of my control that can result in me spending quite awhile in an airport, there are definitely things that I can control which will reduce my total amount of time spent in an airport.

For my most recent trip to London, I arrived at the Gatwick airport. Because of my advance planning, I was able to get off of the plane, pick up my Gatwick airport car hire as soon as I got my bags and then depart from the airport and begin my time in London.

If you are planning a trip to Gatwick, you have probably already taken care of your flight reservation and your hotel reservation. However, one arrangement that may have slipped your mind is your transportation once you arrive in Gatwick. Although you already have a way to get there, have you thought about what you are going to do once you actually arrive? It may not seem as important as the other two reservations, but in reality, if you don’t have a way to get around once you arrive in Gatwick, you are not going to have an enjoyable time.

From my own experience, your best bet for transportation is getting a car hire. Considering the fact that all you need to do is hop on-line and reserve a car hire for the Gatwick airport, there is no reason for you not to get it taken care of right now. It will save you time once you arrive at the Gatwick airport, and it will also save you money on the car hire.
